D-Link India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5, special dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of D-Link India Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share and a special dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share totalling to Rs. 10/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The payment of dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration thereat.
