Union Bank of India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Union Bank of India Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs.3.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each, i.e., 30% for Financial Year 2022-23. The payment of Dividend is subject to obtaining the necessary statutory approvals and the approval of the shareholders of the Bank at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and accordingly the date of AGM, the Book Closure for the purpose AGM and the Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 will be announced in due course.

Shares of Union Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 76.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.44. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1116537 in over 3948 trades.
