The Tata Power Company Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of The Tata Power Company Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each (@ 200%) to the shareholders for the year ended 31st March 2023.

The dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 19th June 2023.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, on and from Wednesday, 21st June 2023.

Shares of Tata Power Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 200.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 203.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 770913 in over 8603 trades.
