Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.15

The Board of Directors of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited at its Meeting held on May 4, 2023 has considered, discuss and approved the recommendation of dividend at 15% i.e. Rs.0.15 (Rupees Fifteen Paisa) per equity share to all the existing shareholders subject to approval of Shareholder at ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 29th July, 2022 to 31st July, 2023 (Both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 29th Annual General Meeting to be held on 31st July, 2023 and also for Dividend. Those members who are holding shares as on 28th July, 2023 will be eligible for the Dividend.
