Koffee Break completes allotment of 1 Crore Warrants

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the Company completed the process of issuing 1,00,00,000 Warrants in Pursuance of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines or June 18, 2008. The said warrants were issued in two tranches i.e. the first allotment was made on June 14, 2008 of 97,50,000 warrants while the other one for 2,50,000 warrants on June 18, 2008.
