Patel Engineering Ltd JV bags Rs. 311.13 crore order

Patel Engineering Limited, a civil construction Company specialized in the hydropower and irrigation sector, today announced that, the Company along with the JV Partners have received Letter of Acceptance for Tumkur Branch Canal (Package III) Micro Irrigation Project from Visvesvaraya Jala Nigama Limited (VJNL) and Sher Micro Irrigation Project from Water Resources Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. These projects were declared as L1 earlier.

The Company being 51% partner in the Joint Venture for Tumkur Branch Canal (Package-III) project, our share in the Project is Rs. 158.68 crore. And the Company being 35% share in the Joint Venture for Sher Micro Irrigation Project, our share in the project is Rs. 349.56 crore.

Shares of Patel Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 23.88 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.31. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2449369 in over 4281 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 24.19 and intraday low of 22.86. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 57706300.00.
