VTM Ltd declares dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of directors of VTM Ltd has declared a dividend of Rs. 0.70 (Seventy Paise only) per equity share of Re.1/- each, for the financial year 2022-23, subject to members approval at the ensuing AGM. The Annual General Meeting is fixed on 3rd July 2023. Share Transfer books shall remain closed from 23.06.2023 to 3.07.2023.
