Tata Chemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 17.50

The Board of directors of Tata Chemicals Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, May 3, 2023 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 17.50 per share i.e. 175% for the financial year 2022-23 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 84th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. (lST) and concluded at 4.15 p.m. (lST).
