Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of 500% (i.e. Rs. 5/- per share, on equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 /- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. Information regarding book closure and date of payment of final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company will be made separately.
