SONA BLW Precision Forgings Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.53

The Board of Directors of SONA BLW Precision Forgings Ltd. has recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.53 (one rupee and fifty-three paisa) per equity share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2022-23 to the shareholders of the Company.

The Board has fixed Friday, 30th June, 2023, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of final dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

The payment of final dividend/dispatch of demand draft will be completed on or before 30 days from the date of declaration of final dividend by the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 27th AGM of the Company.

Shares of Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 488.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 487.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110906 in over 3708 trades.
