SEAMEC Ltd acquires 100% stkae in Aarey Organic Industries Pvt Ltd

SEAMEC Ltd has completed the process of acquiring 100% stake in M/ s Aarey Organic Industries Private Limited on 2nd May, 2023. The total acquisition of shares is valued at INR 17.40 crores.

Aarey Organic Industries Private Limited (AOIPL) is a private company incorporated on January 29, 1992 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. AOIPL has its registered office in Navi Mumbai and a presence in India. The Company intends to explore the facility available in AOIPL to use it to its business advantage.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 730.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 731.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6032 in over 505 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 751.35 and intraday low of 710.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4411823.00.
