Pursuant to finalisation of Basis of Allotment of Right Issue in consultation with the Lead Manager, the Registrar to the Issue and BSE Limited (the Designated Stock Exchange for the Rights Issue), the Board of Directors of MKVentures Capital Limited in their meeting held on Tuesday, May 02, 2023, has approved the allotment of 427,050 (Four Lacs Twenty Seven Thousand Fifty) Fully Paid-up Equity Shares pursuant to Rights Issue to its existing equity shareholders as on the Record Date i.e., April 04, 2023 at Issue price of Rs. 936/- per Equity Share payable on application.
