ZF Steering Gear India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited (the Company), at their meeting held today i.e. April 29, 2023, has recommended dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) per equity share of Rs. 10, on paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
