LKP Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of LKP Finance Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. April 28, 2023 has, approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 (i.e. 10%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
