Kranti Industries Ltd board approves merger of subsidiary

The Board of Directors of the Company, has at their meeting held on Friday, April 28, 2023 (i.e. today) has approved the proposal of merger between Kranti Industries Limited and its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company i.e. Wonder Precision Private Limited.

Shares of Kranti Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 75.78 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.32. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7438 in over 80 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 77.19 and intraday low of 74.41. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 564288.00.
