ACC Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 9.25

The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of ACC Limited ('Company') at its meeting held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, has considered and recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 9.25 (Rupees Nine and Twenty Five Paise Only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (fully paid-up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. The dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM will be paid on or after 25th July 2023.

The Board of Directors fixed the Record Date as July 7, 2023 for payment of Final Dividend, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ACC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1747.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1738.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11203 in over 1203 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1757.30 and intraday low of 1732.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19520689.00.
