Surya Roshni Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Surya Roshni Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per equity share (i.e. 40% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2022-23 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
