The Board of Directors of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited have recommended an Equity Dividend (Final) of Rs.27/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2022-2023. The Board of Directors have recommended preference dividend of 6.65% on the Outstanding Preference Shares amounting to Rs. 33.25 Cr. for the year 2022-2023.
