Mr. Abhay V. Udeshi appointed as Chairman of CHEMEXCIL

Mr. Abhay V. Udeshi, Chairman & Whole-time Director of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited has been appointed as the Chairman of Basic Chemicals, Cosmetics & Dyes Export Promotion Council (CHEMEXCIL).

CHEMEXCIL is set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry Government of India in the year 1963 with the objective of promoting exports of Dyes and Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals, Cosmetics, Soaps, Toiletries & Essential Oils, Speciality Chemicals, Lubricants and Castor oil from India to various countries abroad.

Shares of Jayant Agro Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 167.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 166.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1030 in over 109 trades.
