Coforge Ltd declares 4th interim dividend of Rs. 19

The board of directors of Coforge Ltd has declared fourth interim dividend of Rs. 19 (Rupees Nineteen only) per equity share of the company with face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2022-23.

The board has fixed May 9, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend.

Shares of Coforge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3948.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3929.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10710 in over 2130 trades.
