The Board of directors of Poonawalla Fincorp Limited has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs. 2 per share (100%) of face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
