Tanla Platforms Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Tanla Platforms Limited, at their meeting held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, considered and recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 4/- (400%) per Equity Share, of face value of Re.1/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Tanla Platforms Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 633.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 637.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26340 in over 1638 trades.
