Dhampur Bio Organics Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of Directors of Dhampur Bio Organics Limited at its Meeting held today i.e. April 25, 2023, has approved the recommendation of payment of dividend of Rs. 3.5 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 3rd Annual General Meeting.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023 shall be June 23, 2023.
