C E Info Systems Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of C E Info Systems Ltd have approved the declaration of final dividend at Rs. 3.00/- (Rupee Three only) (150%) per equity share bearing face value of Rs. 2/- each, for the FY 2022-23, subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
