Punj Lloyd subsidiary acquires balance 12% of Sembawang Engineers & Constructors

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Company has through its wholly owned subsidiary Punj Lloyd Pte Ltd, acquired the balance 12% shareholding of Sembcorp Engineers & Constructors (Now Sembawang Engineers & Constructors) (SEC) with this acquisition, SEC has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Punj Lloyd Pte Ltd.
