ITC Limited to acquire Sproutlife

ITC Limited has today executed the transaction documents, including the Securities Subscription & Purchase Agreement and the Shareholders Agreement, to acquire 100% of the share capital (on a fully diluted basis) of Sproutlife, in one or more tranches, over a time period of three to four years.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 398.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 398.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 217739 in over 5507 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 401.35 and intraday low of 396.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 86908040.00.
