ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd at their Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 5.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 55.0% of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1104.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1088.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23907 in over 2215 trades.
