HDFC Bank Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 19

The Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 19.0 per equity share of Rs. 1 for the year ended March 31, 2023, as against Rs. 15.5 per equity share of Rs. 1 for the previous year. This would be subject to approval by the shareholders at the next annual general meeting.
