Aastamangalam Finance Ltd approves allotment of 21,59,250 equity shares

Pursuant to the in-principal approval received from BSE, the Board of Directors of AASTAMANGALAM FINANCE LTD at their meeting held today i.e. 10.04.2023 had considered and approved the allotment of 21,59,250 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.30/- per share.

Shares of UPASANA FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 30.63 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1616 in over 17 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.29 and intraday low of 28.32. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49431.00.
