Thyrocare Technologies Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 18

The Board of Directors of Thyrocare Technologies Limited, at their meeting held on today, April 7, 2023, have declared an interim dividend at the rate of INR 18/- (Rupees Eighteen only per share), (180% of the face value of INR 10/- each) for the financial year 2022-23. The Board has fixed, Thursday April 20, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the interim dividend.
