ITC Limited divests stake in JV company Espirit

ITC Limited has today divested its entire shareholding of 4,65,09,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 26% of the paid-up share capital held in its Joint Venture Company Espirit Hotels Private Limited ('Espirit').

Consequent to the above, Espirit has ceased to be the Company's Joint Venture Company.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 387.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 386.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 333759 in over 6062 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 390.25 and intraday low of 384.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 128954775.00.
