VCK Capital Market Services Limited allots 17.50 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of VCK Capital Market Services Limited held today i.e. April 07, 2023 has approved the allotment of 17,50,000 Convertible Equity Warrants having face value of Rs. 10/‐ each at a premium of Rs. 5/‐ per warrant, aggregating to Rs. 15/‐ per warrant to Non‐Promoters, further in pursuance of resolution for preferential issue passed by the members at the Extra‐Ordinary General Meeting held on 17th February, 2023.

The above warrants entitle the allottees to apply for and be allotted equal number of equity shares for each warrant held by them on payment of balance 75% of the issue price within 18 months from the date of issue of these warrants.
