Gateway Distriparks Board to consider interim dividend

Gateway Distriparks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. Recommendation of Interim dividend to the shareholders and fixing the record date for the same.
