Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd completes sale of land at Pune for Rs. 356 crores

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has completed the sale of Company's freehold, clear and marketable titled land admeasuring approximately 5.76 acres along with the structures standing thereon located at 162 Wellesley Road, Pune - 411 001, Maharashtra, India, for a total net consideration of Rs. 356,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty Six Crores only) by executing the Deed of Conveyance today i.e. on 6th April, 2023 with 'Birla Estates Private Limited'.

Shares of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 417.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 412.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9128 in over 594 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 419.10 and intraday low of 408.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3784818.00.
