IIFL Finance Limited raises Rs. 125 crores through NCDs

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Finance Limited vide Resolution dated April 06, 2023 approved allotment of 12,500 (Twelve Thousand Five Hundred) Non-Convertible Debentures namely Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures - Series D23 of Face Value of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh) each, for cash at par, aggregating to INR 125,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Twenty-Five Crores) on Private Placement Basis.

Shares of IIFL Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 460.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 470.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11499 in over 641 trades.
