Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd launches Regenta Central Grand Exotica Pune

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL), India's rapidly expanding hospitality company, has announced its newest property located in Pune. The Regenta Central Grand Exotica located in Pune is being included in the brand offerings of ROHL. The company is acquiring the property on a revenue sharing basis, which will directly contribute to our bottom line income. This addition brings our portfolio to a total of 14 JLO properties. With the acquisition of the Grand Exotica Business Hotel, ROHL now owns and operates three grand hotels in Pune, including the Royal Orchid Central, Kalyani Nagar, Marisoft Annexe, and Royal Orchid Golden Suites, Kalyani Nagar, Cerebrum IT Park.
