Britannia Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 72

The Board of Directors of Britannia Industries Ltd have, at their meeting held today i.e., 4th April, 2023, declared an Interim Dividend @ 7200% i.e., Rs. 72/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23. Further, as communicated in our letter dated 28th March, 2023, intimating the date of the Board meeting, the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend is Thursday, 13th April, 2023. The Interim Dividend is subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes and will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Britannia Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4320.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4322.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4967 in over 1372 trades.
