S H Kelkar and Company Ltd's subsidiary sells stake in Purandar Fine Chemicals Pvt Ltd

S H Kelkar and Company Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Keva Fragrances Private Limited ('KFG') has sold its 50% stake held in Purandar Fine Chemicals Private Limited. With this disinvestment, Purandar Fine Chemicals Private Limited ceases to be a joint venture of KFG.

Shares of S H Kelkar and Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 101.98 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7354 in over 460 trades.
