SKF India Limited invests in Cleanmax Taiyo Pvt Ltd

SKF India Limited has agreed to make an investment in M/s Cleanmax Taiyo Private Limited ('the Investee Company') by acquiring 2,600 (two thousand six hundred) fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each equivalent to 26% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Investee Company by executing into Share Purchase Agreement on 16th March 2023.

The Company has successfully acquired 2600 shares of M/s Cleanmax Taiyo Private Limited on 31st March 2023.

The company received successful corporate action completion from Clean Max Group.

Shares of SKF India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4269.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4256.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 775 in over 252 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4346.80 and intraday low of 4250.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3321983.00.
