Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited in its meeting held today i.e., 3rd April, 2023 has declared an Interim Dividend of 50% i.e., Rs. 5.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each and Special Dividend of 10% i.e Rs. 1.00 Per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each of the Company on successful commissioning of new distillery project, aggregating to 60% i.e., Rs. 6.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid to those Equity Shareholders of the Company whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, 2023 which is the Record Date fixed for the said purpose.

Shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 229.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 223.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35345 in over 1353 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 231.85 and intraday low of 223.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8057884.00.
