Mawana Sugars Limited to sell 40.493 acres land at Ghaziabad district

The Committee of Independent Directors of Mawana Sugars Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 3 April, 2023 has decided to sell the Company's NonAgricultural Land admeasuring 40.493 acres situated at Village Bajhera Kalan, TehsilHapur, District-Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on "As is Where is What is" basis to M/s Arvind Dairy Private Limited at INR. 1725/~ Per Square Meter subject to the actual physical measurement of land.

Shares of Mawana Sugars Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 90.84 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 89.62. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69266 in over 1251 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.12 and intraday low of 88.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6334378.00.
