Reliance Power Ltd repays debt to Canara Bank and JC FLowers Asset Reconstruction Pvt Ltd through OTS

Pursuant to One Time Settlement, Reliance Power Ltd has fully repaid its following debts:

1. J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited ("JCF"), towards:

a. Series I (2018) Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") (Script Code - 957798, ISIN INE614G07063)

b. Rupee Term Loan

The above facilities had been extended by Yes Bank Ltd. and assigned to JCF.

2. Canara Bank, towards its working capital facility.

Shares of Reliance Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.94 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.79. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6778749 in over 4897 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.38 and intraday low of 9.87. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68350923.00.
