Gujarat Gas MD resigns

Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS (DIN: 03600655), has resigned as Managing Director from the Board of Directors of Gujarat Gas Limited on account of his transfer and appointment as Principal Secretary to Government Forests & Environment Department, Sachivalava, Gandhinagar.

His resignation is effective from 1 st April, 2023.

Shares of Gujarat Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 459.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 469.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 59771 in over 2539 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 473.30 and intraday low of 452.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27651645.00.
