Aeroflex Industries Ltd files DRHP for IPO

Aeroflex Industries Limited, a subsidiary of Sat Industries Limited, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus on March 31, 2023 with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an Initial Public Offer (IPO), comprising of a fresh issue of up to 21,600 million and an offer for sale of up to 1,23,00,000 equity shares by Sat Industries Limited and upto 52,00,000 equity shares by Italica Global FZC, a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Sat Industries Limited.

The IPO will be subject to market conditions, receipt of applicable approvals and other considerations.

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.99 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 58.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14423 in over 254 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.20 and intraday low of 57.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 863602.00.
