Ethos Limited completes acquisition of Silvercity Brands AG

Ethos Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% stake of SILVERCITY BRANDS AG, a Swiss stock corporation having its registered office at Allerheiligenstrasse 30, 2540 Grenchen, Switzerland. Consequently, SILVERCITY BRANDS AG has become the wholly owned subsidiary body corporate of the Company with effect from March 31, 2023.

Shares of Ethos Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 961.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 949.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 694 in over 161 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 986.95 and intraday low of 932.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 673061.00.
