Nila Infrastructures Ltd receives work order from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation

Nila Infrastructures Ltd has today received a work order from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for construction of affordable housing.

The project awarded to the Company is for the redevelopment work, of Mehnatpura Slum situated at Ahmedabad, under the Slum Redevelopment Policy PPP 2013 pursuant to Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna.

The project envisage construction of 658 affordable housing units and 30 commercial shops for total development cost of almost INR 63.06 Crore.

The project shall be on PPP basis whereby the Company shall receive land and transferable development rights of aggregate value of development cost.

Shares of Nila Infrastructures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.58. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44363 in over 121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.91 and intraday low of 4.61. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 211514.00.
