Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd at their meeting held on March 30, 2023 have approved the Interim Dividend of Re.0.25 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is April 13, 2023. The interim dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

The board also approved raising of funds by way of public issue of Non-convertible Debentures for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,500 crores, in one or more tranches.

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.58. The total number of shares traded during the day was 187449 in over 1087 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.35 and intraday low of 50.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9622930.00.
