Vinati Organics Ltd makes additional investment in Veeral Organics Pvt Ltd

Vinati Organics Limited ("the Company") has subscribed to the additional 46,20,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at par, amounting to Rs.4,62,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Sixty Two Lakhs only) by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd., the Wholly Owned Subsidiary, the shares rank pari-passu to existing Equity Shares of the Company.
