TI Clean Mobility Pvt Ltd gets investment from Multiples PE Fund III and SBI

On 28th March, 2023 M/s. Multiples Private Equity Fund III ("Multiples") has invested Rs. 266,66,68,500 and M/s. State Bank of India ('SBI') has invested Rs. 133,33,33,300 in M/s. TI Clean Mobility Private Limited ("TICMPL"), a subsidiary of Tube Investments of India Limited.

TICMPL has allotted 100 Equity Shares & 2,66,66,667 Series A1 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to Multiples and 1,33,33,333 Series A1 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to SBI respectively.

Shares of Tube Investments of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2537.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2494.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2749 in over 666 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2546.50 and intraday low of 2487.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6949019.00.
