The Board of Directors of Kreon Finnancial Services Limited at its Meeting held on 28th March 2023, has considered and approved the conversion of 28,77,000 Warrants of Rs.21/- each into Equity shares at the rate of 1 Equity share for each warrant amounting to 28,77,000 equity shares with face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.21/- per equity share including premium of Rs.11/- each.
